How to stop FormRelay, at whatever level you need.

Stop sending a form to one destination

On the site page, each destination on a form has its own disconnect icon. Click it and new submissions stop going there. Any other destination on the same form keeps delivering. The delivery history is kept, and you can add the destination again at any time.

Pause a whole site

Sites → ⋯ → Pause site. Submissions stop being forwarded, while your mappings and subscription stay as they are. Use Resume site to start again. Useful while you are reworking forms and do not want partial data reaching your CRM.

Remove a connection

Open Integrations, click the destination, and use the delete icon next to the connection. Every form using that connection stops delivering to it until you point it somewhere else. Other destinations on those forms are unaffected. FormRelay deletes its copy of the credential; revoking the app's access at the destination itself — Notion, Slack, HubSpot and so on — is done in that provider's own settings.

Remove a site

Sites → ⋯ → Remove site… This deletes the site's form mappings and its delivery logs, including any stored submission values, and always deletes the FormRelay webhook from your Webflow site, so Webflow stops sending submissions. Your saved connections are not touched: they belong to your account, not the site, so any other site using them keeps delivering. If the site has an active subscription you must confirm explicitly, because removal cancels it. Export the logs first if you want to keep them.

Delete your account

Settings → Account → Delete account. Before confirming, you are shown exactly what will be removed: how many sites, connections and log entries, and any subscriptions that will be cancelled.

Deleting removes your sites, connections and logs, and deletes the FormRelay webhooks from your Webflow sites. It cannot be undone. To keep a copy of your delivery history, export it from the Logs page first.

Uninstalling FormRelay in Webflow

Deleting a site or your account removes FormRelay's webhooks from Webflow. To take the app's access away from the Webflow side instead, uninstall it:

Webflow → your site → Site settings → Apps & integrations → Connected Apps → FormRelay → View details → Uninstall App.

FormRelay is installed per site, so the control is in that site's settings, not in workspace settings.

What happens then

Webflow sends no notification when an app is uninstalled, so FormRelay checks for itself: the next time you open your Sites page, whenever Webflow refuses a request made with that site's token, and in a background check that runs every six hours either way. Until one of those happens, the site still shows as connected. As soon as FormRelay notices:

• The site's access token is deleted, along with the webhook signing secret. No copy is kept.
• The site card reads Disconnected in Webflow and stops counting as connected.
• Submissions from that site are no longer delivered to any destination.
• The submission data stored with that site's delivery logs is erased. The log rows stay, so the history still shows what was delivered where and when, but a past delivery can no longer be replayed.
• FormRelay makes no further Webflow calls for the site.
• Webflow removes the webhook FormRelay registered as part of the uninstall.

Your destination connections and field mappings are kept, so nothing has to be set up again.

Reconnecting

Press Reconnect Webflow on the site and authorize again. That issues a new token, registers a fresh webhook, and delivery resumes with your existing mappings. There is no way to switch the site back on without a new authorization — the old access is gone, not paused.

If another FormRelay account connects the site

A site belongs to one FormRelay account. If someone authorizes the same Webflow site from a different FormRelay account, the site moves to that account, and the previous account's form mappings and delivery logs for it are deleted. The previous account's saved connections are not touched.
