Billing & Subscriptions
What you pay for
FormRelay is billed per Webflow site. Every site you want delivering submissions needs its own subscription.

Both plans include the same thing: all 16 destinations, unlimited submissions, field mapping for every destination, the delivery log with replay, and email support.
There is no free tier. Before a site is subscribed, FormRelay records that a submission arrived but does not forward it to your destinations — you will see it on the site page as received, with no delivery.
Who bills you
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as merchant of record. Your receipt and any applicable tax come from LemonSqueezy rather than from Faizatech, and card details are handled by them — FormRelay never sees them.
Subscribing a site
- Open Sites and choose the site.
- Click Billing, then pick monthly or yearly.
- Complete checkout in the LemonSqueezy window.
Activation is usually immediate. If the site still shows as unsubscribed after a minute, reload the page — the confirmation arrives by webhook and can lag slightly.
Invoices
Settings → Billing lists your subscriptions and invoices, and links to the LemonSqueezy customer portal where you can update your payment method or billing details.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing, or from the site's Billing tab.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deliveries continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your mappings and connections are kept — so resubscribing later picks up where you left off.
Removing a site also cancels its subscription. Because that cannot be undone, the app asks you to confirm explicitly when the site has an active subscription.
Refunds
If FormRelay does not fit your workflow, email contact@faizatech.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
Costs outside your subscription
Destinations bill you separately under their own plans. Some — HubSpot and Klaviyo in particular — meter API usage or contact counts on paid tiers. FormRelay does not resell, mark up, or take a share of any destination's pricing.
Webflow's own plan is separate too: Webflow only sends form submissions from a published site, which requires a paid site plan or a published .webflow.io staging domain.
