Tiers & access levels
A tier is a membership level on one site. Every member belongs to at most one tier at a time.
Free vs paid tiers

Create at least one free tier before you launch. It gives you somewhere to put members who sign up but have not paid, and it keeps signup working if you later disconnect Stripe.
Access levels
Each tier carries an access level — a whole number. Rules are evaluated as "at least this level":
- A page rule requiring Silver (level 1) admits anyone on Silver or Gold (level 2).
- A page rule requiring Gold (level 2) turns Silver members away.
Give your free tier level 0 and step upward. Leaving two tiers on the same level makes them interchangeable for gating, which is fine when they differ only in price or billing interval.
Creating a tier
- Open Tiers for the site.
- Choose Add tier and set the name, description, and access level.
- For a paid tier, set the price and the interval.
When you save a paid tier, MemberFlow provisions a matching Product and Price in your connected Stripe account automatically. You can instead paste an existing Stripe Price ID if you already manage your catalog in Stripe—MemberFlow then leaves that Price alone.
⚠️ Rotating your Stripe key to a different Stripe account clears the auto-provisioned Price IDs, because they belong to the old account. Paid tiers re-provision the next time you save them. Prices you pasted yourself are left untouched and must be re-checked by hand.
Changing prices later
Editing a tier's price creates a new Price in Stripe for new subscribers. Existing subscribers stay on the price they signed up at until they switch tiers. Tell your members before you change what they pay.
Deleting a tier
Deleting a tier releases the members on it—their tier becomes empty and any rule that required that tier is removed. Move members to another tier first if you want them to keep access.
Showing tiers on your Webflow site
You do not have to hard-code prices into your pricing page. Tag elements with the tier id and MemberFlow fills them in at page load:
