Billing & plans
There are two separate billing relationships around MemberFlow. Keep them apart:

Plans
MemberFlow is billed per connected Webflow site. Plans are sized by how many members that site holds.

Availability
MemberFlow is not open for purchase yet. The prices above are published so you can plan; checkout opens when the app launches, and the price you see is what you will be charged unless we announce a change first.
One subscription per site
Connecting a second Webflow site starts a second subscription. Members, tiers, rules, custom fields, and email templates are all scoped to a single site and are not shared between them.
Changing plan
Upgrade from the billing section of your MemberFlow account when a site outgrows its member cap. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the higher cap for the period you have already paid for.
Who charges you
Checkout, invoicing, and sales tax for your MemberFlow subscription are handled by our merchant of record, who is named on the checkout page and on your receipt. They take the payment, issue your invoice, and collect any VAT, GST, or sales tax that applies where you are. Faizatech never sees or stores your card details.
Your receipt links to their billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, and cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or from the billing section of your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; the site keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When a subscription lapses, MemberFlow stops enforcing access rules on that site. Gated pages become visible to everyone until you resubscribe—unpublish or re-gate them in Webflow if that matters to you.
Your member data is retained so you can resume without losing anything.
Refunds
Faizatech offers a 14-day refund window on subscriptions without a trial, as described in our Refund Policy. MemberFlow plans include a 7-day trial, so the trial is the window to evaluate it.
Refunds to your own members are nothing to do with us—issue those from your Stripe dashboard under the refund policy you publish to them.
