Faizatech builds and supports the apps. Checkout, invoicing, and sales tax are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your order: it takes the payment, issues your invoice, and collects any VAT, GST, or sales tax that applies where you are. The merchant handling your order is shown at checkout and named on your receipt, and our Terms & Conditions list which merchant applies to which app.

Depending on your location, you can typically pay with major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other local methods supported at checkout.
FormRelay stops delivering that site's form submissions until you subscribe again, and records only that a submission arrived. Your mappings and connections are kept, so resubscribing picks up where you left off. FormRelay adds nothing to your published site, so the site itself is unaffected.
No. FormRelay is a per-site subscription that you start from the site's Billing tab in FormRelay. There is no license key to enter and nothing to activate in the Webflow Designer.
Cancel from Settings, Billing in FormRelay, or from the site's Billing tab. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the site keeps delivering until the end of the period you have already paid for. Settings, Billing also links to the Paddle customer portal for your payment method and invoices.

Yes. We offer a 14-day refund policy for app subscriptions that do not include a trial, in line with our Refund Policy. Products sold with a trial period are non-refundable after the trial ends. Contact support to request a refund.
No. Each Webflow site needs its own subscription, at $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year per site, and every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can connect as many sites as you like under one FormRelay account.
